Return Policy
We pride ourselves with the quality and care with which we hand craft our products. If your candle is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the performance of your purchase, please send an email to SignaturePetalsCo@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Include order number and reason for your return in your email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are acknowledged and replaced if the item purchased is defective or damaged. If you have any questions or comments on our return policy/exchanges, please do not hesitate to contact us.
